Administrative Process Consultant

Core Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and optimize core management processes and systems within the company and for clients.

  • Design and implement efficient remote collaboration standards, project management processes, and knowledge management systems.

  • Provide administrative process modernization and compliance consulting services for clients' operations.

Job Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience in process optimization and operations management in high-end service industries or multinational companies.

  • Deep cross-cultural understanding, with the ability to design solutions applicable to different regions.

  • Strong logical thinking and system design capabilities.

  • Priority given to holders of PMP or related certifications.

Legal Compliance Advisor

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal risk assessment, compliance framework construction, and contract review support for company and client projects.

  • Focus on cross-border data, intellectual property, corporate governance, and commercial contract areas, with particular attention to jurisdictions such as Japan and the US.

  • Monitor the impact of geopolitical changes on international business compliance, and provide timely warnings and strategic recommendations.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-8 years of experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, compliance, or technology-related legal affairs in a law firm or multinational enterprise legal department.

  • Excellent business acumen, with the ability to translate complex legal terms into clear risk and action recommendations.

Geopolitical Analyst

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of political, policy, and regulatory environment changes in major global regions (Asia-Pacific/North America, etc.).

  • Write research reports to assess the potential impact of geopolitical risks on specific industries, supply chains, and market strategies. Directly provide key geopolitical dimension inputs and scenario planning support for strategic consulting projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree or above in international relations, political science, economics, or related fields.

  • Possess excellent macro analysis, research writing, and quantitative analysis capabilities.

  • Have in-depth understanding of one or more industries such as technology, energy, finance, etc., combined with strategic thinking and insight.

Business Risk Assessor

  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative models to assess potential risks in clients' new market entry, investment mergers and acquisitions, and major strategic decisions.

  • Analyze financial, operational, compliance, and market risks, and construct a risk mitigation strategy framework.
